When I was a young child, my grandmother, or “Ba” as I called her, was a very important part of my life.
While other kids in London’s East End were busy watching cartoons and playing with their friends, I spent every moment I could with Ba, surrounded by soft lights and incense the meditation room - the heart of her home.
It was there that I first experienced a sense of profound peace, connection, and unconditional love that came both from my grandmother, and from them sacred energy that beat inside me.
Yet, growing up was not always easy...
London’s East End in the 1980s was a tough place. A working class neighborhood, its residents worked hard to provide for their families, and fought hard to protect what they earned.
When I was a teenager, this hard-edged attitude was becoming mixed with a touch of xenophobia as more and more immigrants were arriving in the East End - competing with and crowding up against older, more established residents.
Lines were drawn. Turf was established. Gangs defended what they considered theirs.
On good days, I was ignored. On bad days, I had to fight to survive.
So, I chose safety over authenticity...
It was easier to become who everyone else wanted me to be than to find the courage to be who I truly was - someone who felt others’ emotions and energy intensely.
I went on to study business and law at University in order to please my grandfather. In my free time, to dull the pain and unhappiness this decision caused, I began to spend more and more time in the East End’s underground music scene.
Between partying at night and following a career choice that was becoming more painful every day, tension and sadness began to build inside of me that could not be ignored.
Until, one night, my life changed...
I needed no further message from the cosmos.
I headed home, both literally and figuratively, intent on rediscovering the peace and spirituality of my childhood.
One evening as I meditated, I experienced an epiphany…an ultimate truth.
Although my eyes were closed, I was bathed in brilliant light and suffused with energy. I was surrounded by an all-encompassing, all-embracing, and infinite energy that is love in it’s most transcendent form.
At that moment, my eyes were opened wide.
In that moment, I saw that there are no limitations.
No one and nothing is lacking. Life is not a process of leaving, lessening, or losing. Life is a gift of love that we are meant to unwrap and enjoy.
In that moment of clarity that I only had to look within to find…
...I became aware that I’m here to facilitate this discovery and extraordinary transformation for others - just as I had done for myself.
Each of us are, now and forever, more than enough.
The meaning I had sought and found can be yours, too. The fulfillment that I found, you can find too.
Your struggles, fears, and resistance can end and be replaced by peace, joy, and contentment - just as mine have been.
Since that pivotal point in my journey, I’ve connected with and assisted in the energetic healing of thousands of people from all walks of life.

I shake my head in wonder as I am invited to keynote and speak to large gatherings across the country.

I was nearly there when I was jumped by three drunks. They threw me to the ground while yelling racial slurs, and began kicking and punching me.
Luckily, some bouncers saw what was happening - they broke up the fight and helped me to my feet.
Shaken, cut, and with a bruised body and ego, I couldn’t bear the thought of going home to face my family. So, I made my way to yet another club.
There, I was confronted with another fight. This time, with guns involved.
Soon, the place was surrounded by police. Everyone in the bar was individually escorted from the club to safety.
I needed no further message from the cosmos.
At that moment, my eyes were opened wide.
I realized that you, I, everyone and everything else in the world have been touched by the fire of creation.
Because of this, we are pure and perfect just the way we are, and each of us has everything we need to fulfill our destinies and live our best lives.
In that moment, I saw that there are no limitations.
